Fall Multi-Sport Peloton Bridge Challenge

Up to 5 training days per week AND Peloton strength classes.Ride, run, or row and get stronger! We’ll handle the programming so you can focus on showing up, putting in the work, and making progress. Join teammates for a structured challenge designed to build your fitness, strength, and confidence along the way.You can choose from the cycling, running, rowing or cardio class as your core workout for each training day. Core weekly workouts are programmed on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Additional training days (up to 5 days per week) are programmed on Wednesdays and Sundays to support your training goals and give you the flexibility to do more when it works for you. Optional strength classes for our All-Access members are available to round out your training.

Fall 2026 Run Challenge

This six-week challenge is designed to build your endurance and improve your ability to sustain race pace over longer efforts. Throughout the challenge, we’ll progressively increase training volume and overall workload, helping you build the fitness and durability needed to finish with your strongest sustained effort.Each week includes one structured run workout and one long run, along with supplemental runs designed to support your endurance development and keep you progressing toward the final challenge.New to our challenges? This is the perfect chance to learn how to structure your training and discover how to train smarter, not harder. Summer to Fall Bridge Run Challenge

Not sure what to do between run challenges - we got you! Starting August 10th stay fit, motivated and on-track with a bridge training challenge. Choose between 3, 4 or 5 programmed runs per week. Workouts are appropriate for all levels of runners. Sign up for this challenge to stay consistent OR if you're new to Team Wilpers and want to get a feel for what our training challenges can offer. Please note that this challenge is exclusively for our All-Access subscribers.

The Power Profile Cycling Challenge

Programming includes 3,4 or 5 Peloton rides / week plus 3 Optional Peloton Strength Classes, curated especially for this challenge. All-access members will receive an invitation to two live Q&A calls with Coach Lorri during the challenge for additional coaching and live Q&A session.There's more to cycling than just FTP! With a curated mix of Peloton classes, Coach Lorri Lee Lown guides riders through a targeted progression that builds neuromuscular power, anaerobic capacity and VO2 Max. Spring Peloton Climb Challenge 2026

Peloton cycling challenge with 3, 4 or 5 training days per week, plus 3 curated Peloton strength classes weekly.Climbing Accelerator: Build Strength. Raise Your Ceiling. Own the Hills. This 8-week Peloton training program is purpose-built to transform the way you climb. Designed by an experienced coach, we'll systematically develop your strength, stamina, and the mental resilience required to ride stronger on sustained gradients and punchy rollers alike. You’ll follow a progressive structure that blends targeted power intervals, sustained threshold work, low-cadence strength efforts, and aerobic endurance rides. Postseason Peloton Challenge

An athlete favorite! Now available anytime for all-access teammates. Originally run from 11/4/2024 - 12/15/2024. This Peloton Challenge focuses on maitenance while adding just enough intensity to keep us sharp.*Team Wilpers does not control Peloton class availability. Please reach out to support@teamwilpers.com if a class is missing.For this challenge we've added some low-impact cardio, mobility work and core strength training to help us move better on and off the bike. Your body needs this, and your mind needs this, too :)

Preseason Cycling Challenge

Whether you're training for your next event  - you're in the right spot! For this challenge you can choose to ride indoors or outside. We'll start by building a strong aerobic base, followed by some exciting interval work as we gradually increase intensity. Finally, riders will hone in their skills while working on metabolic flexibility in the form of V02 and Sweet Spot training.

Bloom and Burn Peloton Challenge

An athlete favorite!! Now available anytime for all-access teammates. Originally run from 5/13/2024 - 7/7/2024. *Team Wilpers does not control Peloton class availability. Please reach out to support@teamwilpers.com if a class is missing. Join Team Wilpers for the first-of-its-kind Peloton training block designed to build high-end fitness and improve climbing strength and speed. We begin and end with a benchmark hill climb, designed to help you measure your fitness and track your progress.  The first half of the challenge focuses on improving your VO2 MAX while the second half designed to improve muscular endurance and climbing power. We'll focus on power zone rides but also incorporate other Peloton classes such as tabata, designed to blow the roof off your fitness!  Register for Strength for Cyclists 2 specifically designed to compliment your weekly cycling training. You'll find this under "Strength Plans" on the training platform.

Road to 75 Miles (3 Rides)

This is a 12-week program to get you prepared to take on a 75 mile ride or a similar event like a Hincapie Fondo, charity ride or long gravel event. The program is based on 3 key rides a week: two weekday interval based workouts and a weekend long ride that builds from a 25 mile ride up to our goal ride or longer. This version only provides the three key rides per week. It is recommended that you are working out or ride in addition to the 3 key rides provided. There is a 5 ride verison of this program as well which provides you two additional support rides per week.  If you just need the key rides then this program is for you. All workouts are based on Power Zones so an updated FTP is needed prior to starting the program.

 Running Strength Training 1 will establish a base of mobility, body control and strength. With this program you will increase the working capacity of all tissues that will support improved running performance. And lastly, you will gain lean muscle mass in you running muscles.

Make sure to take one to two weeks completely off after your marathon. At the conclusion of that rest period use this four week program to return to running. *You will need to use your test results from a previous program. No testing this week.

Climbing Skills for Cyclists

Bridge the gap between cycling challenges or feel free to work through this quick, 2 week training plan at any time to hone in your climbing skills and improve your overall cycling skill set. We'll work on seated and out-of-saddle climbing with varying cadences during easier programmed rides.  Choose from 3 or 5 rides per week totaling 3.5 - 5 hours of weekly riding. This is a Non-Peloton based program. Let's do this!

Cadence Training for Cyclists

Bridge the gap between challenges or tackle this quick, 2 week training plan at any time to improve your ability and comfort riding a range of cadences.The key workouts in this plan will keep you in Zone 3 while asking you to practice riding at different cadences at varying intervals. Ultimately, the goal is to find a specific cadence that allows you to maintain complete control and stability in the saddle while improving your overall cycling skill set. Choose from 3 or 5 rides per week totaling 3.5 - 5 hours of weekly riding. This is a Non-Peloton based program.

Running Strength Training 2

Running Strength Training 2 will introduce movements that use the stretch loading of our tissue in the same way as running. With this program you will increase the intensity of muscle contractions through heavier weights and isometric movements, increase explosive muscle power  and further develop lean muscle mass in our running muscles.

Bloom and Burn Road Cycling Challenge

An athlete favorite!! Now available anytime for all-access teammates. Originally run in Spring of 2024. This challenge is perfect for indoor or outside riding and for athletes looking to use pre-built interval timers and / or .zwo files during their training. Improve your overall fitness, stay accountable and have fun by joining this challenge. The first half of the challenge focuses on driving peak performance for riders preparing for an event or looking to see just what they're made of. Then, we'll switch things up (think Tabata rides) and offer more moderate efforts as we head into the summer.  Add strength training to your weekly workouts. All-access members can register for Strength for Cyclists 2 specifically designed to compliment your weekly cycling training. You'll find this listed under "Strength Plans" on the training platform.
