Join Team Wilpers for the first-of-its-kind Peloton training block designed to build high-end fitness and improve climbing strength and speed. We begin and end with a benchmark hill climb, designed to help you measure your fitness and track your progress.
The first half of the challenge focuses on improving your VO2 MAX while the second half designed to improve muscular endurance and climbing power. We'll focus on power zone rides but also incorporate other Peloton classes such as tabata, designed to blow the roof off your fitness!
Register for Bloom and Burn Strength specifically designed to compliment your weekly cycling training. You'll find this under "Strength Plans" on the training platform.
