From Base to Fondo is a 12-week cycling fitness plan built to help you ride stronger, longer, and more confidently—whether you’re training on Peloton, riding indoors, or getting outside. You will get weekly group coaching calls with Coach Lorri Lee Lown, a premium TrainingPeaks account to track and complete your workouts, and a supportive community of motivated athletes to train alongside. The plan is specifically tailored to prepare you for the Highlands Gran Fondo in June, but it’s also perfect if your goal is simply to level up your overall cycling fitness this season.
